Terms of Service

1. Use of the Service

Kubflow is an AI workflow platform that lets users build, run, and manage workflows using AI models and related tools.

You agree to use Kubflow only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

2. Accounts

You may need an account to use Kubflow. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate account information and may not impersonate another person or organization.

3. Credits, Plans, and Billing

Kubflow uses credits, subscriptions, or usage based pricing. Each AI model has its own credit cost, passed through at the price set by the model provider.

Paid plans, credit packs, and billing are processed through Stripe. Prices, features, and credit amounts may change over time.

Unless required by law, payments are non refundable once credits or services have been used.

4. AI Outputs

Kubflow uses third party AI providers to generate outputs. AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to outputs generated for other users.

To the extent ownership is possible under applicable law, you own the outputs you generate through Kubflow. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with the terms of the underlying AI providers and applicable law.

4.5 Your Responsibility for Generated Content

You are solely responsible for any content you generate, download, share, publish, or distribute through Kubflow. This includes ensuring that your generated content:

Complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions where the content is shared

Does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party

Does not depict real, identifiable people without their consent

Complies with the terms of service of upstream AI model providers

Is not used for harassment, defamation, fraud, deception, or any unlawful purpose

Kubflow is a tool. We do not pre-screen, endorse, or take responsibility for the content users choose to generate or how they use it. You agree to indemnify and hold Kubflow harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the service or the content you generate, share, or distribute.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create through Kubflow.

By using Kubflow, you grant us permission to process your content only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and support the service.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use Kubflow to generate, request, attempt to generate, upload, or share content that:

Depicts minors (anyone under 18, or who appears to be under 18) in sexual, suggestive, violent, or harmful contexts, including any sexualization, nudity, romantic framing, violence against, or self harm by minors, whether real or fictional

Depicts real, identifiable people without their consent, including deepfakes, non consensual intimate imagery, or content designed to harass, defame, or impersonate

Depicts graphic violence, gore, torture, or content glorifying or instructing self harm, suicide, or eating disorders

Depicts non consensual sexual acts or sexualizes assault

Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or incites violence against individuals or groups

Provides operational instructions for weapons, including firearms, explosives, chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons

Facilitates illegal activity, including fraud, drug manufacturing, human trafficking, or child exploitation

Infringes copyright, trademark, or intellectual property, including generating likenesses of copyrighted characters or branded media without authorization

Contains malware, phishing, or content designed to deceive users or compromise systems

Violates the terms of service of upstream model providers (including ByteDance, Kling, Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, Black Forest Labs, ElevenLabs, and others)

Abuses, overloads, or disrupts the service, bypasses security or payment systems, or attempts to reverse engineer or scrape the platform

Violations result in immediate account termination without notice. Credits and fees from terminated accounts are non refundable. We may preserve and disclose account information, prompts, and generated content to law enforcement, model providers, or relevant authorities (including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children where applicable) where we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, investigate violations, or prevent harm.

7. Third Party Services

Kubflow relies on third party services, including AI providers, hosting, storage, analytics, authentication, and payment providers.

We are not responsible for outages, errors, or policy changes from third party services.

8. Availability

We try to keep Kubflow reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, or provider issues.

9. Termination

You may stop using Kubflow at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, abuse the service, or fail to pay required fees. Unused credits are not refundable if an account is terminated for violation of these Terms.

9.5 No Refund for Violations

Accounts terminated for violation of Section 6 are not eligible for refunds of any unused credits, subscription fees, or other charges. This applies regardless of the amount remaining on the account at time of termination.

10. Disclaimers

Kubflow is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be error free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every use case.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Kubflow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Kubflow after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
